Admissions Process

Applications are received continuously throughout the school year and summer. Applications are being accepted for the 2024-2025 school year. You are encouraged to apply at the earliest possible date so you can be better served in receiving the placement you desire. You are also invited to request a complete handbook packet that includes an application. Alternately, you can download an application.
 
PreK – 12th Grade
 
1. Application Submission: Complete all sections of the application and return the application with the non-refundable application fee of $150 to the Front Office. For grades 6-12, include a copy of the student’s transcript, or prior and current year grade reports.
 
2. Pre-Admission Testing: All students will be required to take a placement exam / assessment test prior to admission.
 
3. Family Interview: Upon completion of the applicant file, each family will be scheduled to meet with a school administrator for an interview. For applicants in grades K-5, only the parents are expected to attend the interview. For applicants in grades 6-12, both the students and parents are expected to attend the interview.
 
4. Admissions Decision: The Admissions Committee will review and evaluate the applicant file after the interview has been conducted. The Committee does not base its decision on any one component, but upon collective admission criteria. The admissions decision will be communicated to the applicant family in writing.
 
5. Finalizing Student Enrollment: Notification of acceptance will be accompanied by additional information that will direct the applicant family toward confirming and reserving placement for the student. Other required documentation will be an official copy of an academic transcript, a certified birth certificate, and original immunization records.

Tuition Information

​Tuition is charged on an annual basis and can be paid in full or through 10 monthly installments.

Annually: Tuition may be paid in full at registration before the beginning of the school year. Full tuition paid on or before June 1st will receive a 10% discount. Full tuition paid on or before July 1st will receive a 5% discount.

Monthly: Monthly tuition must be paid by the first of every month beginning August.

Kindergarten-5th $8,000 (annually) // $800 (monthly*)

6th-8th Grade $8,300 // $830

9th-12th Grade $8,700 // $870

Additional Fees

VPK extended UNTIL 3:00PM - $50.00 // UNTIL 5:30PM - $75.00

Extended day** MORNING RATE - $20 per week // AFTERNOON RATE - $30 per week

Bus Fee $540 for first child/$180 second child

**Extended day students must be enrolled/dis-enrolled for billing purposes

Sports Fee $150.00 per sport to be paid at beginning of season

Registration Fee $150.00 per child or $250.00 per family

ESE Services $3000.00

Holiday Academic Enrichment $500.00

Tutoring $540.00

* Monthly tuition is based on 10 payments with the following due dates:

Tuition Policies

  1. If a student attends any part of a month, there is NO REIMBURSEMENT FOR THAT MONTH’S TUITION.

  2. There is a discount for additional children in one family. A Financial Information Sheet calculating this discount is available in the school office.

  3. Delinquent accounts- An account becomes delinquent when the monthly tuition has not been paid after the due date.

 
Financial Policies

  1. There is NO REIMBURSEMENT OF ANY FEE (registration, book, athletic, etc.).

  2. Report cards will not be released to any student whose account is not current at the end of each reporting period. School records will not be released to another institution until the account is paid in full. Students will not be allowed to participate in last week of school activities if there is an unpaid balance.  Middle and High school students will not be allowed to take final exams until the unpaid balance is paid in full. Seniors will not receive diplomas until their account is paid in full.

  3. All returned checks will have a service charge as posted in the office.


Registration Policy

A registration fee is required for all incoming or returning students each year and is due at the time of enrollment to hold your child’s place in that grade. The fee is non-refundable should the student or parent cancel or withdraw for any reason.
